The terms that apply to text messages from BasePoint.
Effective date: June 26, 2026 (version 2026-06-26)
These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by North Bridge Path LLC d/b/a BasePoint ("BasePoint", "we", "us", or "our"). They supplement our Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
When you provide your mobile number and opt in — by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first — you agree to receive text messages from BasePoint about your inquiry or relationship with us. These may include replies to your questions, staffing and candidate coordination, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-up about your staffing request or application. Opting in is not a condition of using our website or services.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and requests.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BasePoint does not charge for the messages themselves.
4. How to opt out — reply STOP
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.
5. How to get help — reply HELP
Reply HELP for help, email info@remotebasepoint.com, or call (307) 456-6460.
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
7. Consent is not a condition of purchase
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any goods or services from BasePoint.
8. Eligibility
By opting in you confirm that the mobile number you provide is yours and that you are at least 18 years old.
9. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in or SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will revise the "Effective date" above.
